The Marriage of The Lamb

Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to Him: for The Marriage of The Lamb is come, and His wife hath made herself ready.

Who is The Lamb?

"Behold The Lamb of God, Who takes away the sin of the world." John 1:29. God's Perfect Lamb is His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ. He is the Name above every name and the Only Name under Heaven by which men must be saved. Philippians 2:9, Acts 4:12.

What is the Marriage of The Lamb?

The Marriage of the Lamb is a glorious event where Jesus will be united with His Church in Heaven, never having to part with It again. All believers will be taken to Heaven on The Day of Redemption, Ephesians 4:30, 1 Thessalonians 4:17. Believers that have passed away will receive resurrected, incorruptible bodies and living believers will be transformed into an incorruptible body, never experiencing death, 1 Corinthians 15:51-15:53. The Church will remain in Heaven with Jesus and return to earth with Him after God's Wrath is poured out on an unbelieving world, Revelation 3:10, 17:14.

How can I be a part of The Marriage?

To take part in The Marriage of The Lamb is to become a believer in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As imperfect human beings, we break God's Law. We need His Mercy because we are unrighteous sinners. We need a Savior to stand before God Almighty who is Perfect and Holy. Jesus Christ, The Only Begotten Son of God, stepped down from eternity to be born of a virgin woman as a baby. He died on a cross for the sins of the world as a Perfect Sacrifice and Atonement for our sins. He was buried, rose again on the third day, and conquered death itself, our greatest enemy, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. God Almighty accepted His Blood as atonement for the sins of the world. If you believe that Jesus did this, and you trust in Him alone for your salvation, then you no longer trust in your own good works to save you, Ephesians 2:8-9. You are covered in His Righteousness whereby your sins are forgiven. You are saved and guaranteed eternal life with Him. You are a member of His Church that will take part in The Marriage and will be brought to Heaven at the Day of Redemption or the day you pass away, whichever comes first. He bought us at a High Price, His Own blood. He will be coming back for His Purchased possession very soon.

For God so loved the world, that He gave His Only Begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish but have everlasting life.
